Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for the use of the website and accommodation services operated by 구디생활 서울역점 (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users. The Korean version of these Terms is the authoritative version for legal purposes.

1. "Service" refers to the accommodation booking website and related services provided by the Company. 2. "User" refers to any individual who uses the Service. 3. "Booking" refers to selecting dates and a room and completing payment. 4. "Deposit" refers to the amount paid in advance to confirm a booking. 5. "Goshiwon" refers to the single-occupancy accommodation facility operated by the Company.

• Tower View Room: ₩35,000/night • Window Room: ₩35,000/night • Cozy Room: ₩30,000/night • Weekly rate: Nightly rate × 6 nights (7-day stay) • 2+ weeks: 10% discount on total • 4 weeks: 40% discount on total ※ Long-stay discounts are provided on condition that the full period is used.

1. Users complete a booking by selecting a room, entering required information, and completing payment. 2. A deposit corresponding to a percentage of the total fee is required to confirm the booking. 3. The remaining balance is due at check-in. 4. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. The Company does not store payment details. 5. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking completion. 6. The minimum stay period is 6 nights (7 days).

If early departure is requested during the stay, refunds are calculated as follows: 1. The actual days used are recalculated at the undiscounted nightly rate. 2. The refund is the total paid minus the recalculated usage fee and penalty. Refund = Total Paid − (Days Used × Nightly Rate) − Penalty Penalty: 10% of the remaining balance after deducting usage. Example: Cozy Room 4-week stay (40% discount) Total paid: approx. ₩540,000 After 5 days: • Usage: ₩30,000 × 5 = ₩150,000 • Remaining: ₩540,000 − ₩150,000 = ₩390,000 • Penalty 10%: ₩39,000 → Refund: ₩351,000

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases: • Eviction due to facility damage or rule violations • Violation of previously notified operating rules

1. Check-in: 6:00 PM (18:00) 2. Check-out: 11:00 AM (11:00) 3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. 4. Valid ID (passport) is required at check-in.

1. No smoking anywhere in the building 2. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM 3. No parking available 4. Bathrooms are shared on each floor 5. No visitors in rooms 6. No phone calls in rooms 7. Room access required during monthly pest control 8. Management may access rooms in emergencies Violation may result in eviction without refund.

The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, user's own actions, or inaccurate information provided by users.

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea with exclusive jurisdiction at the Seoul Central District Court.
